How Emargen works The overview: seven steps, what it means for you, the nine pillars.
  • TopicsResearch, plan and decide with an agent. The findings, sources and decisions stay in one shared document.
  • InitiativesBrief it, compare the ways to build it, agree the plan and build it in slices.
  • DecisionsSee what's waiting on you. Decide with the facts, and the reason stays.
  • ?InboxQuestions come with the answer drafted. Check it, refine it, reply.
  • Agent NotesYour coding agent keeps notes as you go: gotchas, todos and decisions, with the code they're about.
  • FlowsDescribe a process in plain sentences. Agents take the steps they can, and people join when needed.
  • Recurring workSet up a job once. Each run writes a fresh topic, updates the one you picked, or fills a list.
  • AcademyAsk, and it explains how your company works. Practise a few cards a day, and it sticks.
  • Internal appsDescribe the app. The agent builds it from what's in Emargen and your connected tools.

Privacy

This page covers emargen.com: the access form, cookies, analytics and videos. It doesn't cover the Emargen product, which has its own terms with each customer.

The company behind Emargen

Emargen is made by ARCHSOFT OÜ, Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Registry code 16969602, VAT EE102748053. Questions about privacy go to privacy@emargen.com.

The details you send us

When you ask for access, we receive your name, work email, company and comment, if you add one. We use them to reply to you and to talk about access to Emargen. No newsletter, no selling, no advertising.

We keep a request for 12 months after our last exchange, then delete it. If you become a customer, the contract takes over. We need the details to answer your request, which is the legal basis (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks your browser without a puzzle.

Cookies, analytics and videos

The site sets cookies only with your consent, except the one that remembers your choice. The cookie banner shows them, and you can change your choice there.

We count visits with Fathom Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you: we see pages, referrers and countries, not people.

Videos play from Vimeo, and only when you press play. Vimeo's tracking is turned off in the player.

Services that handle it

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile.
  • Flotiq stores access requests.
  • CookieYes records your cookie choice.
  • Fathom counts visits, without cookies.
  • Vimeo plays the videos you start.
  • Our email provider carries our replies.

When one of them handles data outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@emargen.com and we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, aki.ee.
